- We use trusted couriers experienced in live plant delivery to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.
- We currently deliver to mainland UK. If you’re in a remote area, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery Time
We aim to deliver your order within 3 working days.
However, some of our larger or specialist plants may take a little longer — up to 10 working days in certain cases.
To avoid any surprises, please check the product description for specific delivery info before ordering.

Report an Issue
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if
- Your plants arrive damaged
- You've recieved the wrong item
- There's a quality issue

What We Don’t Accept
We cannot accept returns for:

- Incorrect orders made by the customer
