Photinia ‘Red Robin’ is a stunning evergreen hedge that boasts red, glossy leaves in the spring and summer, before maturing to lush dark green foliage.

Compared to the ‘Red Robin’, Photinia Carre Rouge is a new form, which are compact with smaller leaves and blood red new growth. 
They have alternate, lance-shaped leaves which are mid green in colour. It’s evergreen leaves are glossy and have a bright red, sometimes pink, colour when young. Photinia  are best planted in a shrub borders or around a garden as a hedge. They enjoy fertile, well-drained soil and full or partial sun. Photinia carre rouge is characterised by its compact habit, its smaller and more pointed leaves, and especially its very bright, blood red coloured leaves. Height can reach up to 2.5 meters.
